How does this all work?

By using the latest in telecommunications technologies, Job Futures Communications provides high quality fixed line, internet and mobile phone services. This includes broadband and 3G mobile services. As a wholesaler of communication products, we access products from Telstra, World Pacific, Vodafone and RSL Coms. Job Futures has combined our aggregated purchasing power with our members and negotiated some of the best rates in the market today.

Our members are able to tap into our purchasing power and enjoy the savings that we have been able to create by having their communications managed by Job Futures Communications.

Purchasing Power!

Together we are one big account and we wield purchasing power with our Telco partners, who are happy because they only have to deal with one big customer. They save in administration costs and time and that means that they are able to pass on savings to Job Futures with lower rates and better service.

Job Futures Communications does not have the overheads of a normal communication service provider. We are a "virtual Telco".

We have invested into web based communications systems, reporting tools and providing our members with access to one of the worlds most efficient billing systems that allow us to manage 1000's of accounts all through one central management system.

This way we are able to reduce our operating expenses and pass the savings on to our members.

Communication Services

So who bills me for my communications?

Once you become a member of the Job Futures Communications service network then you will receive a bill each month just the same way that you have from your other providers in the past. We will invoice you direct for your communication services.

Payments can be made by the any one of the following methods:

  • Direct Credit to our bank account. The details are on every account we send out.
  • Deduction from your Job Futures income payments.
  • PayPal www.paypal.com.au
  • VISA and MasterCard

Online Billing Access:

Job Futures members can enjoy our Online Billing System, which enables you to view your unbilled usage, plus past accounts. The Online Billing system allows for a 12 month back analysis data on phone usage to compare monthly costs, Top 20 calls summary featuring name, calls, duration and total cost, Calls by Day of Month Graph, and all outgoing calls to Major Regions – Capital City, Country Towns, or International destinations.

The most advanced Payment Processing System has also been integrated utilising internet payment protocols, that allow thousands of transaction with the click of a button. This feature not only improves and protects Monthly Credit Card Direct Debits but also allows the Member to personally log onto their bank accounts and make Real-Time Payments at any time and from anywhere in the world.

Are there any contracts?

Job Futures Communications has no contracts for any of our services. We do not believe in locking our customers into fixed term agreements. Our customers are free to leave at anytime.

Fixed Line and Business Communication Services:

Job Futures Communications overs our members a full service product that includes: Service and Equipment, Line Rental, Telstra Services, Long Distances Services, and all mobile services - on the one easy to read bill. Utilising the Telstra Network, our members have the added benefit of Job Futures Communications managing all carrier relations on their behalf. No more long waits on hold. Our Members can also enjoy our new Online Billing system, which enables you to view your current unbilled usage as well as your accounts for the last 12 months.

1800/1300 Inbound Service for Business and Residential Members:

Job Futures Communications offers our members 1800/1300 Inbound Service for Business and Residential Members with no connection charges, no set-up costs and no monthly rental fees. All the services are all bill on the one easy to read Job Futures Communications bill.

JF Communications Mobile Manager

Job Futures Communications has developed a unique product called the "Mobile Manager". We product has an innovative early warning signal that allows prompt detection of excessive mobile phone usage. Once you have nominated your Usage Alert levels, an SMS is sent to that phone along with an email to the address nominated when those levels of usage have been reached. This feature allows you to closely monitor your personal mobile usage, as well as that of your staff at work, project teams, consultants or for every day use at home with your family and kids.

No more surprise bills !

Mobile Manager Features:

  • Login into the Mobile Manager webpage and activate new mobile numbers.
  • Mobile Usage Alerts can be set to any level.

Job Futures Communications operates a data centre at Alexandria. Detailed technical specifications and service level agreements are available on request. Job Futures Communications does not charge for any quotation, system review or scope of services. There are no obligations to purchase at any time and there are no contracts.
